Happy Dad Hard Seltzer & Tea is seeking a Senior Director of National Accounts - Chains to lead sales strategies across national and regional retail chains. You’ll manage a team, directly oversee key national chains, and collaborate with the Strategy team to drive growth, track performance, and optimize distribution. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans with the strategy team to meet retail targets.
  • Manage a team of 8, overseeing large and small-format regional and national chains.
  • Directly manage key national chain accounts.
  • Ensure your team builds strong relationships with retail chains to boost ad placement, display support, and distribution.
  • Ensure clear communication of sales goals and performance tracking with internal and external partners.
  • Maintain long-term customer relationships to grow loyalty and align with their business needs.
  • Estimate sales volume and profit for current and new products with the strategy team.
  • Optimize sales volume, product mix, and pricing by staying updated on trends and market factors.
  • Collaborate with the strategy team to analyze sales data and provide insights to sales and marketing.
  • Foster collaboration and continuous improvement across the sales, strategy, and marketing teams.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years experience with Regional Headquarter Buyer sales, preferably in the alcoholic beverage industry.
  • 1+ year of experience managing a Headquarter team.
  • 5+ years in the Beverage Alcohol Industry preferred.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue.
  • Strong data and financial analysis skills (Excel, Google Sheets).
  • Experience presenting and collaborating with Senior Leadership.
  • Skilled in presentations (PowerPoint, Google Slides).
  • Excellent judgment, problem-solving, and critical thinking.
  • Strong work ethic, communication, and negotiation skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $125,000 - $175,000
